Black Tea Atami Georgian Gaba, handcrafted in Ozurgeti, Georgia (Red Tea), Summer 2024, 50g hand paintingGeorgian natural semi fermentation tea, with partial regular and partial vacuum fermentation (to increase the amount of GABA acid). Atami in Georgian means "Peach", this tea has this name because this batch got subtile peach taste. Two and three leaf + one bud material. Technology was developed by Sergey Shevelev during summer 2024 experiments on the factory (SH marker). Handcrafted in Ozurgeti, Georgia.
