The exterior surfaces are abraded, there are internal inclusions and was deemed not suitable for gemstone faceting. This stone is NOT facet grade!

)  Originally this necklace was a vintage sterling and gold plate bolo hand made by Kit Carson in 1990

73ct colorless Mason Texas topaz square star cut is prong set in simple sterling silver scroll pendant

2 mm in width and 18 inches long finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp

5mm rounded polished turquoise nuggets

The pendant is about 3/8 inch

The spur was made by Holland's Jewelers of San Angelo

There is surface deformation and the cleavage plane is obvious
