2021 Shiraz Roussanne wineThe perfect partner to a range of pork, veal and beef dishes, cooked with love and shared with friends. Generations ago winemakers in the south of France discovered that including a small portion of white grapes in a red ferment deepened the colour and added complexity to the nose. The Shiraz and Roussanne grapes in this wine were grown side by side, harvested and fermented together, then aged in a mixture of old French oak barriques before bottling.
