This July we bring to you, a coffee from Honduras from Finca La Valentina which is a farm managed by Carlos Ernestor Mejia. The farm is located at 1,600 m. a. s. l and has 23 hectares of coffee plantations. The farm has an annual production of about 550 bags and approximately 90,000 trees. They also grow citrus fruits and Japanese plums on their land. This honey processed coffee is depulped and dry fermented with the mucilage
